In Hebrew, the name
“Jesus” (ישוע)
means “save” (יושיע).
So it would be impossible to be “saved” (יושיע) without using the name of “Jesus” (ישוע).
Matthew 01:21 “And she will give
birth to a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people
from their sins.”
Acts 02:38 “Repent!”
Peter [said] to them, “and be baptized every one of you on the name of Jesus
Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the
Holy Spirit.
Acts 04:12 And
there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven
given among men by which we must be saved.”
