The Greek term for the the Holy Spirit in the gospels is
paraclete which means comforter. However, Jesus either spoke Hebrew or Aramaic.
The Hebrew term for comfort is “Nahgham” (נחם)
which is also the word for repent in Hebrew. So unless you repent “Nahgham” (נחם) you won’t receive the comforter “Nahgham” (נחם)!
